Klaus Einwanger was particularly fascinated by the search for the “other” point of view, “seeing” and “discovering” even in his youth. Strengthened by his ongoing interest in a differentiated view of things, he found the right means of expression for him in photography. With over 25 years of professional experience, he mainly photographs in the areas of food, people, lifestyle - gladly on location and in the studio. WHITE PLATE is also the story of a photographer who set out to look at the familiar and at the same time impressive from an unusual perspective and to enter into dialogue. At his invitation, star and top chefs from two nations set out with him from the transient nature of their own actions into the field of “art.”
